Modular Screw Elements (Co-Rotating)

Conveying, kneading, and mixing elements compatible with all major co-rotating twin-screw platforms (Coperion ZSK, Berstorff ZE, KraussMaffei, JSW, etc.). For severe-wear duty such as glass-fiber compounds or carbon-black masterbatch, we forge elements from high-vanadium powder metallurgy steel (CPM 10V).

Replaceable Wear-Resistant Barrel Liners

Bimetallic liners and sleeves provide a cost-efficient way to rebuild heavily worn processing zones. Machined and shrink-fitted into your existing barrel housing, these liners restore wear resistance at roughly 30–40% of the cost of a full barrel replacement.
